About BFPP
The Bellingham Family Partnership Program (BFPP) is an outstanding educational option for students in kindergarten to grade 8.
We welcome students who reside both in and out of the Bellingham School District. Our mission is to partner with families who provide home-based instruction. Students may access onsite enrichment classes and resources for families.
Parents and students who are interested in participating in the BFPP begin the process by attending parent information sessions and tours.
If you would like to visit our program and/or sit in on classes, please contact us.
What Does the BFPP Offer?
Onsite Classes
We offer a variety of multi-age classes for students, grades K-8, scheduled Monday through Friday. Our course offerings are interdisciplinary, engaging and hands-on learning opportunities. We try to have high interest classes that focus on community and social emotional learning.
Onsite Curriculum Resource Center
The Family Partnership Program location is building a selection of homeschool curricula and support materials that your family can utilize for your child’s learning goals.
Learning Plan Partners
Families are partnered with a certificated teacher who provides support and guidance in instructional strategies and resource materials.
Community Building
The Family Partnership Program environment allows families to build meaningful connections and is an outstanding opportunity for parents to network with each other.
Learning Experience On-line (Formerly BVL)
Our site also coordinates online learning options for students K-8. Students learn independently through an online curriculum as a part of a student learning plan supported by BFPP teachers and staff.
